2.2. The odds and handicaps take into account the correlation of strengths of the competing teams or players and determine the value of the expected winnings of the person placing the bet.
2.3. The Betting company has the right to change the odds and handicaps at any time. The terms of the bets placed earlier remain the same. The Betting company has the right to remove any event from the offered "line".
2.4. The player places a bet according to the "line" operating at the time of the bet.
2.5. The home team is indicated first in the "line". In this case first team is a Home team, the second one – is an Away team. A neutral field is specially indicated.
2.6. The player chooses the number of the event and outcomes of the competition from the predictions offered by the Betting company.
2.7. The player must state the amount of each bet and receive a bet confirmation when the bet is placed.
2.8. After placing a bet with the Betting company it cannot be cancelled or changed.
2.8.1. Several identical bets may be considered as one in case if a bettor made a number of identical bets and reported it within 10 min. of bet being made and before the event has started.
2.9. Wagers are accepted up until the start of the event. Wagers that are placed after the start of the event are not valid and the stakes will be refunded. These bets are removed from multibets. The exceptions are so called live-bets during the event. These bets are valid and will be refunded only if for some reason the bets have been placed after the event has ended.
2.10. The date and time of the start of events, indicated in the "line", are informative. The Betting company is not responsible for the date and time not corresponding to the actual start of the events.
2.11. Information displayed during "live" events (including the update of this information) is informative only. A wrong result is no reason to refund the wager. The Betting company accepts no responsibility for correct results during “live” event.
2.12. The Betting company accepts no responsibility for correct spelling of surnames, team names and names of places for the event.
2.13. Calculation of the bets is done by the Betting company. The event results, announced by the Betting company, are the basis for calculating the wagers and determining the winnings. Claims over the results of events are reviewed within seven days from the conclusion of the event and only upon providing official documents of corresponding sports federations or videotape. The results of sporting events announced in the periodical press may not be grounds for submitting players' claims against the Betting company.
2.14. In a number of types of sports, changes in the parameters of the "line" are possible by decreasing the winning coefficient ("buy points"). All numerical ratios are indicated in the line.
2.15. If a player placed a bet on an event, the result of which was known to him in advance, in this case the decision is made after a special investigation by internal affairs (or judicial) bodies, for the time of which the amount of the wager is blocked.
2.16. In disputed situations not having a precedent, the final decision is made by the Betting company, taking into account practice of the bookmaking business and players' interests.

Bettors are responsible for any damages caused to the Betting Company by deliberately taken advantage of technical or administrative errors in money transactions
3. MAIN TYPES OF BETS
The following types of bets differ: "single", "multibet" and "system".
- Single – bet - a bet in which it is required to guess the outcome of just one event. Single bets are accepted for any event in a line. The winnings on single bets are equal to the amount of the bet multiplied by the winning coefficient.
- Multibet - a bet in which it is required to guess the outcome of more than one event. Several independent events may be combined into a multibet. The multibet bet loses when any of the combined matches loses. Interrelated events are not included in the "Multibet". Incorrect combining of such events into a multibet bet results in such events being excluded from the multibet. In particular, bets on a match (odds or total) and bets on the list of this match (periods, corners, points scored by players and so forth) are considered interrelated events. It is not allowed to include different events and markets from the same match in “multibets” and “systems” even if they are not interconnected directly. If any events pertaining to a given match were included in a "multibet" or "sysem" bet, this bet will be refunded even if the computer program for accepting bets did not block this bet. The winning coefficient is equal to the product of the winning coefficients of the events combined into the express bet.
- System - this is all possible combinations of "multibet" events equal in number, chosen from several events named by the player. “System” winnings are counted as a sum of “multibet” winnings, which are in the system bet.
Final odds for winnings on all classified betting forms are defined by taking into account specialities (hitting the spread on the handicap of total etc.), postponement of the event or the transfer of the event to another date. In these events the odds for winnings are "1".
4. MAIN KINDS OF BETS
Result should be determined according to the time of game specified in this rules unless otherwise specified in a line.
The bet is winning if the outcome is predicted correctly.
- Home team win – is indicated by "1".
- Draw - is indicated by "O".
- Away team win - is indicated by "2".
- Home team win or draw - is indicated by "1O". It is necessary for the home team to win or for the mach to end in a draw to win a bet on such an outcome.
- Away team win or draw - is indicated by "2O". It is necessary for the away team to win or for the mach to end in a draw to win a bet on such an outcome.
- Home team win or away team win - is indicated by "12". It is necessary for one of the competitors to win in order to win a bet on such an outcome, i.e., there can be no draw.– is indicated by “H1” for a first competitor and “H2” for the second competitor in an event. The outcome of an event, taking into account the handicap, is determined by adding the handicap to the actual result. If the result obtained is in favour of the chosen team (player), the bet is considered to have won. If the result obtained is not in favour of the chosen team (player), the bet is considered to have lost. If the result obtained taking into account the handicap is a draw, the winning coefficient for such an outcome is "1".
- Bet on total – is indicated as "Total". To win, it is necessary to guess if the number scored or won will be more or less than the total given in the line or equal to this number. Only the goals hit into the opponent's net are counted when determining an individual total. If the result coincides with the total suggested by the bookmaker company, the winning coefficient on "over" and "under" bets is considered equal to "1".
- Result of the participant. In this wager, it is necessary to guess if the participant will reach a certain stage of the competition (1/4, 1/2 of the finale and so forth), or which place a participant will occupy in the competition. If the participant's reaching the next round is later cancelled for any reason, the cancellation is not taken into account, and payment will be made based on the results of the matches that have taken place. In a wager to reach the next lap, when participants are met several times in the event of a change in the sequence of teams (participants) on the fields, the bets remain valid. If one of the matches did not take place or was suspended, and also if the result of the first match has been changed, the outcome is determined by a team (participant) actually reaching the next round. If none of the matches took place, the winning coefficient is considered to be "1" for such bets. If the participant announced in the competition cannot complete his participation in it for some reason (injury, malfunction and so forth), the bets on the result of this participant are considered valid: they win if the result is achieved, and they lose when the result is not achieved (unless otherwise indicated in the line). If the participant did not play a single match, the winning coefficient is considered equal to "1").
- Three way Totals or Outcome. Will be settled as regular football three way markets. Example: Total Goals "under 2" - "2" - "over 2". If the score is 2-0 (or 0-2, or 1-1) then bets on "Over 2" and "Under 2" will be settled as lost and bets on "2" will be settled as winning. Same principle applies to all other sports and markets. Example: in Formula 1 a bet on "How many points will M. Shumacher score?" "under 6" - "6" - "over 6" will be settled by the above-described principle.
5. THE CONCEPT OF A HELD EVENT
5.1. An event is considered held if at least the following were played in it: soccer - 80 minutes; hockey - 55 minutes, Eurobasketball – 35 minutes, NBA basketball – 40 minutes; ball hockey – 60 minutes, and in other playing types of sports, a match is considered held if it is conducted completely, unless otherwise indicated in the particulars of accepting bets for a given type of sport. An exception is cases of a tie score at the time matches are stopped in those types where the regulations do not permit draws (basketball, baseball, American football, NHL playoff series and so forth). In these cases, the event is considered not held.
5.2. In those instances when a match has begun, but not enough time (Para. 5.1.) was played and was not completed within 24 hours, it is considered not held, and all bets on it are to be refunded.
5.3. If the match is transferred to a neutral ground the wagers will stay unchanged. If the match is transferred to the opponent`s ground the wagers will be refunded and the bets will be removed from multibets. If the match is transferred to another ground for teams from the same city, wagers will stay unchanged and they will not be refunded regardless of the playing ground. The wagers in international matches will be refunded only if the match is transferred to another country.
5.4. If the result is changed (protest, doping etc.) the original result will remain in betting.
5.5. In all playing types of sports, only the main time is counted, unless otherwise stipulated separately in these rules or in the "line" for the current day.
5.6. The Client must check that his/her betting slip is filled in according to the rules. If it has been filled in incorrectly regardless of why and who is guilty for incorrect filling, the Betting company reserves the right to refund the stakes and cancel the wagers.
6. FINANCIAL LIMITATIONS

6.2. Minimum wagering stake in systems is 1/3 of the minimum stake of the event in question.

6.4. The maximum wagering stake for each event depends on the event and the sport. The maximum stake will be defined by the Betting company individually for each event and wagering form and it can be changed without giving written notice. The Betting company reserves the right to limit the maximum stake for certain events like changing the betting limits for individual clients without notice.
6.5. Maximum payout for one wager is equivalent to 100,000 USD in the betting account currency.

7.3.1. Customers should immediately notify the Betting Company, if they notice any amounts incorrectly credited to their accounts. Otherwise all subsequent winnings directly or indirectly derived from that error will be considered invalid and should be returned to the Betting Company.
7.3.2. If player’s account balance becomes negative as a result of the recalculation of incorrectly settled bets, the account will be blocked up to the time when player makes a deposit; equal or greater to the negative account balance. Otherwise the Betting Company reserves the right to suspend this account.
7.4. Deposit and withdrawal transactions should be made in one currency and in one payment system.
7.4.1. Bettors using e-payments systems have to make sure that they are using e-wallet registered to their own name. Withdrawal requests to the e-wallets registered to other names will be declined.

APPENDIX 2
Single bet is a bet in which it is required to predict the outcome of only one event. The winnings of the single bet are equal to the stake of the bet multiplied by the odds on the event. You can make the single bet on any event. The winning amount is calculated by multiplication of the odd with a bet amount.
Example for Single Bets
Win1/Draw/Win2
| 90 minutes | Home | Draw | Away |
| Chelsea – Liverpool | 1.6 | 3.5 | 5.7 |
Let’s say a bet of $100 is placed for DRAW in the game above. Odd for DRAW is 3.5. So if a player wins he will get $350 (100x3.5)
Net win is $250.
A multiple, or a combo bet is a bet in which it is required to predict the outcomes of more than one event simultaneously (the maximum number of the events in a combo bet is 30). If even one event in the combo bet is predicted incorrectly, the whole bet is considered to be lost. It is possible to combine in one combo bet events from various sports. Combo bets are not accepted when the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another (in such case the event with the biggest odd will be used for calculations, and the rest of depending events will be considered to be with odds 1.0). The odds of a combo bet are calculated as the product of the odds of all of the events included in the bet. The winnings of the combo bet are equal to the stake of the bet multiplied by the odds of the combo bet. The overall odd (coefficient) for a Combo bet is not limited.
Example for multiple bets
Win1/Draw/Win2
| 90 minutes | Home | Draw | Away |
| Chelsea – Liverpool | 1.6 | 3.5 | 5.7 |
| Man U – Real Madrid | 1.2 | 2.5 | 1.5 |
| Inter – Barcelona | 1.7 | 3.0 | 1.6 |
Let’s say a bet of $100 is places for Chelsea – Liverpool to DRAW, Man U – Real Madrid, Man U to WIN, Inter – Barcelona, Inter to WIN. Odds will be multiplied 3.5x1.2x1.7 = 7.14
If this bets wins then money will be $100x7.14 = $714
Net win is $614.
A system bet is a full combination of combo bets of the given size with events from a predefined number of events. Each combination in the system is calculated as a separate combo bet.
Example of 2/3 system bet
Win1/Draw/Win2
| 90 minutes | Home | Draw | Away |
| Chelsea – Liverpool | 1.6 | 3.5 | 5.7 |
| Man U – Real Madrid | 1.2 | 2.5 | 1.5 |
| Inter – Barcelona | 1.7 | 3.0 | 1.6 |
Let’s say a bet of $90 is places for Chelsea – Liverpool to DRAW, Man U – Real Madrid Man U to WIN, Inter – Barcelona, Inter to WIN.
It means player is placing 3 multiple bet with 2 possible outcomes in each:
| No | A system bet | Coefficient | Win |
| 1 | Chelsea – Liverpool Man U – Real Madrid |
3.5x1.2 = 4.2 | 4.2x$30 = $126 |
| 2 | Chelsea – Liverpool Inter – Barcelona |
3.5x1.7 = 5.95 | 5.95x$30 = $178.5 |
| 3 | Man U – Real Madrid Inter – Barcelona |
1.2x1.7 = 2.04 | 2.04x$30 = $61.2 |
If these bets will win, then player will get $126 + $178.5 + $61.2 = $365.7
Example of 2/4 system bet
Win1/Draw/Win2
| 90 minutes | Home | Draw | Away |
| Chelsea – Liverpool | 1.6 | 3.5 | 5.7 |
| Man U – Real Madrid | 1.2 | 2.5 | 1.5 |
Handicap
| 90 minutes | Home | Away |
| Inter – Barcelona | (-2.0)1.5 | (+2.0)2.3 |
To Win
| To Win | Winner 1 | Winner 2 |
| R. Nadal – R.Federer | 1.6 | 2.6 |
Let’s say a bet of $120 is placed for: Chelsea – Liverpool to DRAW, Man U – Real Madrid Man U to WIN, Inter to Win with handicap, and R.Nadal to WIN
It means player is placing 6 multiple bet with 2 possible outcomes in each:
| No | A system bet | Coefficient | Win |
| 1 | Chelsea – Liverpool Man U – Real Madrid |
3.5x1.2 = 4.2 | 4.2x$20 = $84 |
| 2 | Chelsea – Liverpool Inter – Barcelona |
3.5x1.5 = 5.25 | 5.25x$20 = $105 |
| 3 | Chelsea – Liverpool R. Nadal – R.Federer |
3.5x1.6 = 5.6 | 5.6x$20 = $112 |
| 4 | Man U – Real Madrid Inter – Barcelona |
1.2x1.5 = 1.8 | 1.8x$20 = $36 |
| 5 | Man U – Real Madrid R. Nadal – R.Federer |
1.2x1.6 = 1.92 | 1.92x$20 = $38.4 |
| 6 | Inter – Barcelona R. Nadal – R.Federer |
1.5x1.6 = 2.4 | 2.4x$20 = $48 |
If these bets will win, player will get $84 + $105 + $112 + $36 + $38.4 + $48 = $423.4
Example of 3/4 system bet
It means player is placing 4 multiple bet with 3 possible outcomes in each.
Bet will be divided to 4 = $30:
| No | A system bet | Coefficient | Win |
| 1 | Chelsea – Liverpool Man U – Real Madrid Inter – Barcelona |
3.5x1.2x1.5 = 6.3 | 6.3x30ea = 189ea |
| 2 | Chelsea – Liverpool Man U – Real Madrid R. Nadal – R.Federer |
3.5x1.2x1.6 = 6.72 | 6.72x30ea = 201.6ea |
| 3 | Man U – Real Madrid Inter – Barcelona R. Nadal – R.Federer |
1.2x1.5x1.6 = 2.88 | 2.88x30ea = 86.4ea |
| 4 | Chelsea – Liverpool Inter – Barcelona R. Nadal – R.Federer |
3.5x1.5x1.6 = 8.4 | 8.4x30ea = 252ea |
If these bets will win, player will get $189 + $201.6 + $86.4 + $252 = $729
Handicap For the determination of the result of a bet with a handicap, it is necessary to add (if the handicap is positive) or to subtract (if the handicap is negative) the handicap to/from the goals scored by a selected team (a handicap on the second team does not count). If after that the result is a win for the selected team, the bet is considered to be won. If the calculated result is a draw, the bet is returned.
Example of Handicap
| 90 minutes | Home | Away |
| Inter – Barcelona | (0.0)1.5 | (0.0)2.3 |
Let’s say a bet is placed on Barcelona to WIN with a (0.0) handicap. For that Barcelona has to win with any possible result. If the Teams will DRAW then money will be returned.
Total Goals. Bet is places on how many goals will be scored in a game in total.
Example for Total Goals.
| Chelsea – Liverpool | |
| Over | (3.0) 1.7 |
| Under | (3.0) 2.0 |
If the amount of scored goals is less than 3, the winners are those who placed on Under (3.0), and Over (3.0) will lose, and vice versa if more than 3 goals will be scored.
If exactly 3 Goals will be scored, placed bets will be returned.
